We now use live-rate shipping, which means the cost will be calculated based on destination & the weight/size of the items in your order.

Orders shipped to the USA will never be charged any tax, duties, or customs fees

Place your order by 11am Pacific Time & we can usually ship the same day.  Any later and we will try to get it out the same day, but likely it will go out the next [business] day.

Contiguous 48 states: we currently have a FedEx 2 business day option, and UPS Ground which varies by location but is usually 4~6 days
AK & HI: FedEx delivers to most addresses in 3 business days

Worldwide
We ship worldwide, with delivery to most countries in 5 days or less.

***Shipping prices for international shipments outside USA & Canada includes only transportation.  Does not include any tax/ duty fees that may be charged to you by your local customs authority***

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

If the reason for a return is a customer error, such as ordering a duplicate item, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns outside the regular 30 day return window may not be accepted for return, or may be assessed a restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Is Your Jigsaw Puzzle Missing a Piece?

Fortunately all the brands we carry offer free replacements direct to you; please contact the manufacturer and they will send a replacement.
