Tariff Information for US Customers
When you enter a US shipping address on the 'Cart' or 'Checkout' pages, a "US Tariffs" line item will be added to your order.
Example: if you have a $100 product in your cart, and the applicable tariff rate for that product is 20%, then you will see "US Tariffs: $20".
The tariff amount that you pay at the time of order is the only tariff you will pay.
You will not be charged any tariff/ duty/ tax/ brokerage fees when you receive your shipment.

Returns Policy
USA: please note tariffs and shipping charges cannot be recovered, and therefore we cannot refund these charges to you.
You may return most new, unopened items for refund within 30 days of delivery.
The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Returns outside the regular 30 day return window may not be accepted for return, or may be assessed a restocking fee.
