Canada Post implemented a "rotating strike", which seems to be very limited in scope..
What this means:
Canada: if you live in one of the affected areas, your shipment will be delayed. The current list of affected areas is available HERE
USA & International: thus far all of our international shipments are moving normally.
USA Tariffs Status
Most of the products we sell are manufactured in China, the EU, or the US.
Trade rules have been volatile in 2025; below is our understanding of the latest information:
- Made in USA (Zen, Whimsy, Dowdle & White Mountain): no tariffs
- Made in Europe (most jigsaw puzzle brands & wood models): 10% tariff
- Made in China (Robotime/ Rokr/ Rolife wood models, & all metal models): 30% tariff*

USA: free shipping has been suspended due to tariffs

Returns Policy
USA: please note tariffs and shipping charges cannot be recovered, and therefore we cannot refund these charges to you.
You may return most new, unopened items for refund within 30 days of delivery.
The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Returns outside the regular 30 day return window may not be accepted for return, or may be assessed a restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
